Founder of MIDNIGHT BLUE, Fran YANOR has worked variously as a reporter, writer, researcher and producer in the Canadian newspaper, magazine and television industries.
A former CBC TV producer and associate producer with the Science Documentary Unit, Fran helped deliver several major series including Geologic Journey I and II, One Ocean, Climate Change (An Uncertain Future), Project X and more. Previous career incarnations include script writer and show development researcher for independent film producers and the cable television industry; freelance writer for various national publications, magazines and newspapers, and several years as a political aide in provincial government.
